Second Chance Quest, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose vision and goal is the lowing of the recidivism rate in the United States. For the past ten years we’ve been mentoring prisoners in Virginia on how to live crime-free lives upon their release from prison. To date, we’ve graduated over 300 prisoners from our program, many of whom are now home and are living productive lives as law abiding citizens. Second Chance Quest is seeking your tax-deductible Sponsorship to aid us in our 4th of July Sporting Events to promote a spirit of camaraderie on this special holiday.

This event will promote a spirit of camaraderie by providing opportunities for teamwork, friendly competition, social interaction, and shared experiences through various sporting events.
Sporting events promote camaraderie in several ways:
- Shared goals: Participants work toward common objectives, which encourages cooperation and mutual support.
- Teamwork: Many sports require players to communicate, trust one another, and coordinate their efforts.
- Friendly competition: Competing in a respectful environment helps build mutual respect among participants.

Our SCQ In Prison Support Group participants are working hard and actively engaging in their peer groups to better themselves and prepare for successful reentry. One meaningful way you can support their journey is by helping us provide newsletters for the men in our program.
